We are looking for a Care Support Assistant to join our team supporting a client in London, SW15.

Full training will be provided to become a Care Support Assistant. You will receive a competitive pay rate after training. Previous experience in care, especially supporting clients with challenging behaviors, is essential.

This is a part-time role, minimum 24 hours per week, with flexibility for annual leave and sickness cover. It involves a mix of day and waking night shifts.

An enhanced DBS check on the update service would be advantageous.

Main duties
  • Supporting nutritional needs, personal care, hygiene, medication administration, mobility, community access, sleep promotion, night monitoring, positive behavior support, managing challenging behaviors, and seizure response.
Skills and Experience
  • Good communication skills and a caring attitude.
  • Driving license is advantageous.
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service is preferred.
  • Good spoken and written English.
