We are looking for a Care Support Worker to join our team to support our client based in Kent.

You will be paid £14.00 per hour after training is completed (provided during recruitment).

This position is a part-time role consisting of one 10-hour waking night shift per month in addition to covering sickness and holidays throughout the year.

Main duties of the job

This role is to support a young female with physical disabilities and complex health needs throughout the night.

You will support our client with:

• Personal care
• Continence care
• Moving and handling – repositioning / transfers using hoist
• Epilepsy management
• Medication administration
• Management of skin integrity
• Maintaining a safe home environment

You will receive all mandatory training which includes Moving & Handling, First Aid & Basic Life Support in addition to clinical training from our registered nurse to meet all of our clients' complex health needs.

Skills and Experience required of our Care Support Assistant:
