The Role: Care Supervisor

As a Care Supervisor, you’ll be a vital part of our leadership team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care while supporting our dedicated care staff. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day by combining your expert care knowledge with exceptional customer service and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervisory Excellence: Support, mentor, and oversee care staff, ensuring they provide exceptional care to our customers.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct customer reviews, care assessments, and spot checks to maintain our high standards of care.
  • Customer Engagement: Be the first point of contact for customer queries, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Team Support: Assist in staff training, rota management, and ensuring compliance with care standards.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate electronic records using our care management software.
