A luxury elderly care provider in Sunninghill is seeking a Care Supervisor to manage a small team within the Care Services team. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality person-centered care, monitoring residents' progress, and supporting both residents and their families. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of NVQ Level 3, relevant medication administration qualifications, and previous senior care experience. This position promotes values of care and respect in a supportive environment.

Your focus as Care Supervisor will be to manage, support and guide a small team within the Care Services team, ensuring Avery processes and procedures are followed to the highest standards and that our residents\' choices, dignity, independence, and personal safety are at the core of all care and support activity. Other responsibilities will include promoting and delivering high quality person-centred care to our residents, closely monitoring and reporting on residents\' daily progress, dealing with any concerns or complaints raised by residents or relatives, and providing ongoing support for the residents, their families and the Care Services Team.

Shift Details: four shifts per week, from 19:30 to 07:30, which will include every other weekend.
