A leading elderly care provider is looking for a Care Supervisor in Sunninghill, UK. This role involves managing and guiding a small team in delivering high quality person-centred care while ensuring compliance with care standards. The ideal candidate will have NVQ Level 3 and significant experience in a Senior Care role, with a passion for enhancing residents' lives. Shift includes working nights and every other weekend.

As a Care Supervisor, you will manage, support and guide a small team within the Care Services team, ensuring Avery processes and procedures are followed to the highest standards and that residents’ choices, dignity, independence, and personal safety are at the core of all care and support activity. You will promote and deliver high quality person-centred care, closely monitor and report on residents’ daily progress, address concerns or complaints raised by residents or relatives, and provide ongoing support for residents, their families and the Care Services Team.

Shift Details: four shifts per week, from 19:30 to 07:30, which will include every other weekend.
Note: This role may require a DBS Disclosure check, the cost of which will be met by Avery Healthcare, and proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
