Job summary

Somerset Care Group at Croft House in Williton is seeking a Care Supervisor to lead a team delivering person-centred care for residents, including those with dementia.

You will create care plans, assist residents through meals, engage in activities, and ensure the team follows best practices. You will oversee medication management and audits to maintain safety and high standards of care.

Qualifications

• QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or working toward Level 3).
• Experience in care including dementia and residential settings.
• Proven leadership with medication management and MDT collaboration.
• Familiarity with end-to-end medication audits, ordering and administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to provide person-centred care for residents, including those with dementia.
• Create care plans and assist residents at mealtimes, support activities, ensure best practices.
