McCarthy Stone are looking for a professional Care Supervisor to join their team at Elizabeth Place Market Harborough Leicestershire.

You must have previous experience working in the UK in a Senior Care position and hold a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care to be considered for this role. McCarthy Stone does not offer sponsorship; only UK-based applications will be considered.

This is not traditional care, this is better!

Base Salary: £13.56 per hour day rate and £11.44 SLEEPING night rate per hour, plus an extra £1 for every hour worked from midnight Friday to midnight Sunday.

Hours: 33.5 hours a week, with a mixture of day and evening shifts, weekdays, and weekends available.

Day shifts vary between 08:45-16:30 or 16:15-09:30.

Night shifts are from 21:30 to 09:00.

Care Supervisors sleep between 23:00 and 07:00, providing emergency support only to homeowners during this period.
