Job summary

Lincolnshire County Council seeks an experienced Care Sourcing Manager to lead a new function within the Adult Care Directorate, ensuring cost-effective, high-quality care and timely advice to meet statutory duties.

You will build and lead a multi-disciplinary team, collaborate with internal and external partners, and implement public procurement, contract and framework mechanisms to achieve value for money and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree level qualification or extensive professional experience in commissioning/public procurement.
• Experience with public procurement, tender processes and contract management.
• Ability to develop and utilise contract and framework mechanisms and micro-commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Operationalise the strategic vision for Care Sourcing across commissioning categories.
• Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team to deliver value for money and quality.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to embed new ways of working.
