Join Our Team as a Care Scheduler

About The Role

As a Care Scheduler, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our services run smoothly and efficiently. Using our scheduling software, you’ll plan and allocate resources to support the delivery of high-quality, people-focused services in your community. This is your chance to bring your logistical expertise to a meaningful role where your skills will make a difference every day.

Must be a driver with your own transport.

On call duties on a rota basis

Must be proficent in using Microsoft word and Google drive

What You’ll Do

  • Create and manage schedules that maximise efficiency and meet customer needs.
  • Monitor and adjust schedules to accommodate changes or priorities.
  • Collaborate with teams to address gaps and optimise resource allocation.
  • Support new service referrals, ensuring seamless integration into the schedule.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in line with compliance standards.
  • Identify recruitment needs and support workforce planning.
