Job summary

Call-In Homecare Limited is recruiting a Quality Officer for Perth and Dundee, with hybrid duties between Perth and Dundee offices. The role includes on-call responsibilities and travel between sites, delivering high-quality home care services and ensuring positive outcomes for staff and service users.

Ideal candidates will have domiciliary care experience, supervisory skills, a valid driving licence, and SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to pursue.

Qualifications

  • Experience in domiciliary care essential.
  • Proven experience supervising teams and individuals.
  • Valid driving licence with business insurance.
  • SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to pursue.

Responsibilities

  • Client assessments, outcomes-based care planning and reviewing.
  • Support and supervision to individual staff and staff teams.
  • Liaising with other health and social care professionals.
  • Participating in the branch's out-of-hours on-call system (enhanced payment).
  • Improving the quality of service to service users and staff.

Call-in Homecare are currently recruiting a Quality Officer for our Perth and Dundee Service. This role will be partially based in Perth, with a requirement to travel to our office base in Dundee.The successful applicants will have a track record in delivering high quality care at home services, be an excellent communicator with a focus on creating positive outcomes of colleagues, staff and service users.

Please note there is an on-call requirement for this post, which attracts additional payments to your basic salary.

Ideally, the candidate will have;
  • Good geographical knowledge of Perth and Dundee.
  • Experience in Domiciliary Care will be essential
  • Experience with supervising and supporting teams and individuals to bring out the best in them
  • A valid driving license and own transport is required- with business insurance
  • SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or a willingness to pursue this.
