£36k plus mileage & bonus

A highly reputable & leading Midlands provider has enlisted Purosearch’s help to find a passionate, supportive, personable & experienced Care Quality Support Manager to support Home Managers in all quality aspects across their 6 homes in the East Midlands.

As a Care Quality Support Manager you have a variety of duties to ensure the homes continue their fantastic ratings with CQC & reputation in the area. Whether compiling compliance reports, training staff members or preparing for inspections, no two days will be the same!

Requirements for Care Quality Support:

• SVQ Level 3 or working towards Level 5 Health & Social Care
• At Least 3 years as a Deputy Manager within an elderly care home
• Experience in training staff within a care home
• Excellent CQC knowledge
• Full driving licence & ability to stay away from home if needed
• Live within the Lincolnshire area
