Home Instead is a home care service supporting our community to live well at home, covering areas in Bromley. We are rated OUTSTANDING by CQC. We provide our clients with minimum 1-hour visits using small teams to ensure the best continuity of care.

Job Description

This is an opportunity to join an established home care team — and you could be part of the change we want to give to our clients. As a CARER, you will support clients with their daily routines, including administering medication, personal care, taking people to appointments, and more.

No experience? No problem! We provide an enhanced training programme to prepare you for the role, and ongoing support throughout your journey.

Pay rates are £13.00 per hour on weekdays and £13.50 on weekends. After completing 150 hours of service, rates increase to £13.50 on weekdays and £14.15 on weekends.

The role includes benefits such as full training, paid holiday, double time Bank Holiday pay, and more.
