Job summary

Home Instead is hiring Care Professionals in the United Kingdom. You will provide companionship, assist with personal care and mobility, and support basic medical needs for clients in their homes. The role involves light housework, meal preparation, and running errands to help clients stay independent.

A valid UK driving licence with access to a car or motorbike is required, and you must have the right to work in the UK. DBS enhanced disclosure is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social interaction.
• Assist with personal care and mobility around the home.

Being a Care Professional means you need to be adaptable, personable but ultimately put others first. Your role may include:

• Companionship
• Helping with personal care
• Helping with mobility around the home
• Overseeing medication and providing medical support
• Helping with housework such as cleaning and vacuuming
• Preparing and cooking meals
• Running errands such as food shopping or picking up prescriptions

Due to the various locations of our clients all Care Professionals MUST have a Valid UK Driving Licence with access to a car or motorbike and have the Right to work in the UK.
