Job Description

Qualifications

No specific qualifications are required; full training will be provided. Experience in a care setting or interacting with older people is beneficial, whether through personal experience caring for family members or voluntary work. You should have a passion for supporting others, pride in delivering excellent service, and qualities such as dependability, trustworthiness, and respect. Building professional friendships and enjoying spending time with others are important. A full driver’s license and access to a reliable car are preferred.
