Job Description:

Flexible Hours:

As a care professional, you will support clients with tasks such as bathing, preparing meals, taking medication, providing companionship, and taking them out. Our goal is to help clients stay as independent as possible, enabling them to live safely in their own homes.

Hours: 8-35 hours per week, depending on your availability. We work around your schedule to suit your lifestyle and commitments.

Requirements:

• No experience or specific qualifications required; we value your values and can teach skills.
• Passion for helping others and pride in providing outstanding service.
• Reliable, trustworthy, responsible.
• Comfortable engaging in conversation.
• Proficient in English.
• Must drive and have access to a car.
• Reside in Kingston Borough or within 35 minutes' drive.
• Legal right to work in the UK (no sponsorship offered).

Salary and Training:

Up to £17 per hour, up to £30 per hour on bank holidays, including paid travel time and mileage. We pay for travel, mileage, training, pension, and holidays. Training includes online modules, face-to-face sessions, and shadowing, with continuous learning through monthly meetings and training sessions.
