We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Part-time Care Professional to join our team in Knutsford and the surrounding areas. As a care professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide personalised care and support to clients in their homes, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
  2. Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients' health conditions.
  3. Offer emotional support and companionship, fostering a positive environment.
  4. Maintain accurate records of care and report changes in clients' conditions to healthcare professionals.
  5. Collaborate with care team members to ensure effective care plans.
  6. Assist with light housekeeping to maintain a safe and clean environment.
  7. Support clients in maintaining independence and engaging in social activities.
  8. Respond promptly to emergencies or unexpected situations.
  9. Have access to your own motor vehicle, motorbike, or bike for travel between clients.
  10. Possess strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and families.
  11. Demonstrate empathy, patience, and emotional intelligence.
  12. Have basic medical knowledge and understanding of common health conditions affecting elderly or vulnerable individuals.
  13. Manage time effectively and work independently.
  14. Maintain physical stamina for mobility and personal care tasks.
  15. Previous care experience is preferred.
  16. NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care is desirable.
  17. Hold a valid First Aid certification.
  18. Understand care regulations and best practices in the UK.
  19. Be flexible to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends.
  20. Possess a clean driving license and access to a vehicle for travel in Knutsford and surrounding areas.
