Job Description: Care Assistant

Note: This role requires the applicant to reside in the UK and have the right to work in the UK. We are not sponsoring visas at this time.

  • Excellent pay rates—from £13.25 per hour on weekdays and £13.75 per hour on weekends, plus double bank holiday rates.
  • Hours available—from 10 hours part-time to 37.5 hours full-time.
  • Minimum 1-hour calls to ensure quality care.
  • Retention bonus—hourly rate increases to £13 after 6 months.
  • Employee referral bonus—£50 for each referral who starts with us, and a further £100 after 6 months.
  • Mileage 30p per mile and travel time paid at £12.21 per hour.
  • Fully paid training with ongoing support and career development opportunities, including access to specialist training and qualifications such as City & Guilds.
