Job summary

Home Instead Leigh is seeking Care Assistants to provide compassionate, person-centered care with flexible or full-time hours. You will perform minimum 1-hour visits, support clients with daily tasks and companionship, and help them stay comfortable and safe in their own homes.

Training is provided and ongoing support is available to help you progress your career. We require a valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Qualifications

• Valid UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle.
• Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-focused care during minimum 1-hour visits.
• Assist with shopping, cooking meals, personal hygiene and companionship.
• Build trust with clients and ensure they feel comfortable discussing needs.
