Job summary

A local caregiving service in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking Care Professionals to provide one-on-one support for clients. Responsibilities include travelling to clients' homes, offering assistance according to care plans, and engaging clients in activities to enhance their well-being. Ideal candidates will have a caring nature and hold a valid driving license with access to a vehicle. This role provides flexible hours, comprehensive training, and opportunities for growth within a compassionate team.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driving license and have access to your own vehicle.
• Experience is welcome, but full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Travel to visit your regular clients and offer support according to their care plan.
• Engage in activities, support your client with hobbies, and brighten their day.
• Assist with personal care tasks like getting changed for clients who require assistance.

At Home Instead Newcastle & Stoke, we offer :-

• Every visit lasting 1 hour or longer with all clients.
• Earn £11.80 - £12.80 per hour, plus 30p per mile.
• Travel time given between visits to allow you to get to your next client without rushing.

Being a driver is essential with access to a reliable car as you be travelling to clients’ homes.

Job Description

Responsibilities would include but are not limited to:

• Travel to visit your regular clients and offer support according to their care plan and their wishes.
• Engage in activities, support your client to continue their hobbies, and brighten their day.
• Support with making meals and keeping the home clean and tidy.
• Allow clients to maintain their dignity whilst assisting them with personal care tasks like getting changed, for those who require your assistance.

Qualifications

We welcome anyone with experience to our team, however, full training is provided, so no experience is necessary.
