A local home care provider in Greater Manchester seeks a Domiciliary Home Care Assistant to support clients in the community. Responsibilities include household tasks, meal preparation, and providing companionship. No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided. Candidates must be reliable, possess a full driver's license, and have their own vehicle. Flexible hours are available, including evenings and weekends.

You must be able to commit to 7am - 2:15pm or 4:15pm/5:30pm - 10:15pm. All include alternate weekends. You'll start with a lighter schedule while we bring new clients on board, giving you the perfect opportunity to ease into the role and build your hours steadily over time.
At Home Instead, we understand that deliveringtop-quality carecan't be done in just 15-minute visits, and no one should feel rushed. That's why we offera minimum of 1-hour visits, along with appropriatetravel time, so you can give your clients theattention they deserve, withmileage reimbursementincluded. We carefullypairour Care Professionals with clients based on skills, personality, and interests. For all initial visits with new clients, you'll be introduced withthe support of a colleague, ensuring you have the opportunity totruly understandyour client and their needs.
