We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Professional to join our team in Bath, United Kingdom.   • Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and meal preparation
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging them in conversation and activities
  • Monitor clients' well-being and report any changes in their condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
  • Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients, including light housekeeping duties
