Shift Options

We offer shifts from 7am - 4pm, 4pm - 9pm, or 9pm - 7am.

Our Approach

We match our Care Professionals with clients to establish memorable connections. All initial calls with new clients are conducted with the support of a colleague, allowing you to get to know your client and their needs better.

Responsibilities as a Care Assistant

• Support with personal care tasks such as toileting and showering
• Perform household tasks like light cleaning and tidying
• Respond to your clients' needs
• Ensure transparent communication with clients and loved ones, providing first-rate care and comfort
• Write accurate daily notes and maintain strong communication with the office
• Administer medication and record appropriately

Requirements

• Previous care experience is required due to clients' needs
• You must be reliable and punctual to ensure excellent service
• You must live in or near Bakewell
• A caring, friendly personality is essential
• Willing to travel to our office in Leek for training and meetings
