• Qualified as a Care Practitioner or equivalent, with mentorship qualifications.
• Willingness to undertake further clinical and training qualifications required.

Person Specification:

Education, training and qualifications

• Care practitioner award or equivalent
• Mentor/Supervision qualification
• Willing to undertake further clinical training
• Willing to undertake training qualification

Knowledge

• Able to demonstrate specific knowledge of clinical care in the older person

Experience

• Care home, Social Care or caring experience as a senior carer
• Customer service experience
• Experience working as a care practitioner
