We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Care Practitioners to join our team at the brand-new Manor Park Care Home, opening in mid-September in the beautiful town of Malton, North Yorkshire.

As a Care Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents. You’ll work closely with the wider care team to support residents with their daily needs, promote independence, and ensure their dignity and wellbeing are always maintained.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a new team from the very beginning and help shape a warm, supportive, and professional care environment.

Key Responsibilities.

  • Provide high-quality personal care, including assistance with washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
  • Support residents with nutritional needs, including meal preparation, assistance with eating, and hydration monitoring.
  • Administer or assist with medication in line with training and care plans.
  • Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and colleagues to foster a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional wellbeing to senior staff.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records and documentation.
  • Assist with the development and review of individual care plans.
  • Promote independence, dignity, and choice in all aspects of care.
  • Support residents in participating in activities and social engagement.
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and homely environment in line with infection control and health & safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with senior carers, and other professionals to deliver holistic care.

*Overtime is paid for working over fulltime hours. Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our ‘Reward Me’ app. Flexible pay is available via ‘WAGESTREAM’.
