Maria Mallaband Care Group are looking for Care Practitioners to join our family. The Care Practitioner role would suit those already qualified to undertake the responsibilities shown below, as well as high-quality Senior Care Assistants who are keen to progress in their career:

  • Medication
  • Tissue viability/wound management
  • Health Monitoring
  • Physiological assessment and care planning
  • Leadership and supervision of the care team

Person Specification:

Education, training and qualifications

  • Care practitioner award or equivalent
  • Willing to undertake further clinical training
  • Willing to undertake training qualification

Knowledge

  • Able to demonstrate specific knowledge of clinical care in the older person

Experience

  • Care home, Social Care or caring experience as a senior carer
  • Experience working as a care practitioner
