Job summary

Mariposa Care Briardene in the UK is seeking compassionate care staff to provide personal care and support to residents. Training will be provided, with a focus on dignity, respect and privacy.

If you’re new to care or already experienced, you’ll be supported through DBS checks, good English and numeracy, and a rewarding career helping residents thrive.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates compassion and empathy in daily care.
• Good communication with residents and colleagues.
• Able to perform basic numeracy tasks and record information accurately.
• Good level of English language skills for clear communication.
