Job summary

Mariposa Care Group is seeking caring individuals to join our team as a carer. You will provide personal care and day-to-day support to residents, ensuring dignity and privacy, while building a welcoming home-like atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Requires good standard of English and numeracy skills.

Pay Rate: £13.57 per hour plus £2 per hour enhanced overtime rates

• Providing personal care and support to residents, taking time to ensure that people retain their dignity, respect and privacy.
• Helping with day-to-day activities, always with a smile.
• Building meaningful relationships and making our home feel like home for our residents.
• Ensuring all care is documented and agreed procedures and processes are followed at all times.
