Job summary

West Berkshire Council is recruiting a Care Practitioner to join the team at Greenfield House Resource Centre in Calcot. You will support customers with diverse needs and promote their emotional and social wellbeing through person-centred activities.

Training will be provided, and the role involves regulated activity with adults at risk, with Enhanced DBS checks and ongoing DBS Update Service.

West Berkshire Council is seeking to recruit a committed Care Practitioner to join our friendly team at Greenfield House Resource Centre, in Calcot.

This role will involve supporting customers with a diverse mix of needs and social backgrounds. You will be responsible for supporting customers in their preferred choices of activity and promoting their emotional and social wellbeing.

At Greenfield House we focus on positive outcomes for the customers by taking a person centred approach to all leisure and care activities.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity and problem solving initiative and will share our values of respect, inclusion, compassion and empowerment. If successful you will receive all necessary training to support you in this role.
