Caron Group in Hengoed is seeking Care Practitioners to support residents with daily living tasks and to promote their wellbeing. You will help with dressing, feeding, mobility, and personal care while maintaining dignity and respect for each resident.
The role includes night-duty duties, training participation, and adhering to the group’s ethos. Aged 18+, with desirable QCF Level 2/3, is preferred.

Requirements
Due to the nature of the clients we care for and their complex needs, we need to ensure that we are safeguarding minors and reducing their exposure to potentially challenging situations. The employment of individuals aged 16 and 17 is therefore not permitted for any roles within the group requiring delivery of direct personal care.
