This dynamic role offers career progression opportunities and a supportive work environment focused on innovation and well-being.

Our success is driven by our fantastic team, as well as our constant focus on redesigning care pathways, building fantastic software, and innovating in care workforce models.
How is Paloma Health different?
The Opportunity
Join our dynamic and collaborative multi-disciplinary team (comprising product, engineering, clinical, and delivery expertise) focused on transforming our neurodevelopmental services for children and young people!
As the Care Pathway Manager, you will drive continuous improvement in our autism and ADHD pathways for children and young people. You will work on improving how our delivery team delivers care to families, how families experience our services, and how our software platform supports both our delivery team and families.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual with a passion for healthcare innovation to make a tangible difference in the lives of the families we support. You will be empowered to contribute to the strategic direction of our services, lead key elements of new projects, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
This is not a traditional project management role where you solely report on progress against a static plan; you won't be confined to rigid processes or obsess over isolated features of an app. At Paloma, we are focused on agile delivery and improving the whole journey for the families we support. Your success is not measured in meticulous project plans but in how you impact service efficiency and family experience. Think of it less as standard project management and more as shaping a live service where you adapt, learn, and adjust continuously.
As you grow in the role, you may take on further responsibilities. Furthermore, with strong performance in the role, this person can be promoted to a Senior Pathway Manager.
