Job summary

Portsmouth City Council is seeking a Care Purchasing Co-ordinator to manage care packages for Adult Social Care clients. • Excellent interpersonal skills when liaising with practitioners and external care providers.

Responsibilities

• Arrange packages of care and placements for Adult Social Care clients with care providers.
• Create and send the contract order form to providers.
• Record all orders for care packages commissioned accurately and timely.
• Liaise with Adult Social Care and providers to resolve queries and amend care packages as care needs change.
