About the Role

We are seeking 2 highly motivated individuals to join our friendly Practice Team as Care Navigators/Administrators. Our busy GP Practice has a patient list of 17,300 and includes 7 GP Partners, 3 Salaried GPs, a long-term GP Locum, 2 Advanced Nurse Practitioners, 2 Practice Nurses, and a Health Care Assistant. Our Clinical Team is supported by an experienced Admin and Secretarial Team, which we are looking to expand.

• Dedicated to providing excellent administrative support to patients, GPs, and the clinical team
