South Skye Medical Practice (Inc. Carbost and Glenelg)

CARE NAVIGATOR (BAND 3)

Sth Skye is an NHS Highland GP Practice located in the beautiful Isle of Skye, with bases to be covered in Glenelg and Carbost as needed. We have an exciting opportunity for a Care Navigator to join our multi-disciplinary team.

The post is ideally based in Broadford, but this is negotiable for the right candidate. The role requires working across all sites according to service needs.

You will play a key role in ensuring our patients receive appropriate care from the right professional at the right time. Success in this role requires good interpersonal and IT skills, a methodical approach, excellent attention to detail, and teamwork. You will provide comprehensive reception services and handle a variety of administrative duties. This is a busy role within a fast-paced, friendly, and supportive environment.

The Practice operates Monday to Friday from 0800 to 1800 hours, with a half-day on Thursdays. Flexibility to work across the full week is required.
