Join Our Team as a Receptionist at City Health Practice Ltd - GP Practices

Are you a friendly and efficient communicator with a passion for helping others? City Health Practice Ltd is looking for a dedicated GP care navigator to join our team and be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors.

As a care navigator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our patients and visitors receive a warm and courteous welcome. You will provide effective telephone enquiry services, proactively communicate information between patients, doctors, and other professionals, and support the administration needs of our practice.

Main duties of the job

Greet patients and visitors with a friendly and efficient manner.

Provide polite and effective telephone enquiry services, ensuring they are documented appropriately.

Communicate information between relevant parties, including patients, doctors, and other professionals.

Record patient information and schedule clinic appointments.

Provide administration support, including timely referrals of patients.

Support requests for information made by patients and third parties.

Standard keyboard skills are essential along with active listening and the ability to provide face-to-face and telephone advice on non-clinical issues.
