Hesley Group is recruiting for a Care Manager to work at our adult service residential site, Meadow View, in Tickhill, Doncaster. This role involves managing care within a section of the service, delivering high-quality care, and being accountable for the service provided. You should demonstrate strong leadership skills and uphold Hesley Group values and code of conduct, modeling these to stakeholders including service users, staff, visitors, and professionals. As a Care Manager, you will also contribute to service development through participation in planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and review of policies and procedures.
Shift hours: 08:30 - 16:30, 07:00 - 15:00, and 14:00 - 22:00, with weekend working as part of a rolling rota. The role also involves on-call responsibilities.
- Minimum NVQ Level 3/Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care
- A Level 3 Management qualification or equivalent
- Track record of effective leadership in a residential social care setting
- Significant and recent management experience in a relevant care setting
- Extensive experience working effectively with people who have learning disabilities
We provide a specialist residential service with high standards of accommodation, personal care, and support for adults with complex care needs, including behaviors that challenge and learning disabilities, often in conjunction with autism.
Located in open countryside on a large 100-acre site, about two miles from the villages of Tickhill and Rossington in South Yorkshire, Meadow View supports individuals to develop greater independence in a warm, secure, and consistent environment.
