About The Role

Hesley Group is recruiting for a Care Manager to work at our adult service residential site Meadow View in Tickhill, Doncaster. This role involves managing care within a section of the service. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and being accountable for the service you provide. The position requires strong leadership skills and a professional standard that upholds Hesley Group values and code of conduct, demonstrating this to stakeholders including service users, staff, visitors, and professionals. As a Care Manager, you will also contribute to service development through participation in planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and review of policies and procedures.

Shift hours: 08:30 - 16:30, 07:00 - 15:00, 14:00 - 22:00, with weekend work as part of a rolling rota. The role also involves on-call responsibilities.

About You

• Minimum NVQ Level 3/Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
• A Level 3 Management qualification or equivalent.
• Proven leadership in a residential social care setting.
• Recent management experience in a relevant care environment.
• Experience working effectively with individuals with learning disabilities.
