- Previous experience in a leadership or management role in residential or supported living care
- Level 3 or above in Health & Social Care (Level 5 preferred or willing to work towards)
- Strong knowledge of Autism, Learning Disabilities, or Mental Health
- Proven experience with safeguarding, team management, and compliance
- Confident, compassionate, and committed to person-centred care
