Your Role as Care Manager:
  • Lead and support a passionate team of Support Workers
  • Ensure high standards of care aligned with CQC regulations
  • Develop person-centred care plans and ensure their effective delivery
  • Oversee safeguarding, health and safety, and risk assessments
  • Foster a positive, empowering culture for staff and those we support
  • Collaborate with families, professionals, and external agencies
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience in a leadership or management role in residential or supported living care
  • Level 3 or above in Health & Social Care (Level 5 preferred or willing to work towards)
  • Strong knowledge of Autism, Learning Disabilities, or Mental Health
  • Proven experience with safeguarding, team management, and compliance
  • Confident, compassionate, and committed to person-centred care
