Methodist Homes is looking for a dedicated Care Manager to join our Senior Team. In this key role, you will support the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager, contributing to the smooth and effective management of the home.

As Care Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and evaluation of our service provision, ensuring the highest standards of care, and adhering to relevant legislation, policies, and procedures. When the Home Manager is absent, you will take temporary full charge, overseeing operations and ensuring continuity of care.

Your leadership will make a direct impact on the lives of both staff and residents. You will supervise and guide our care and ancillary staff, helping them reach their full potential through support and example. You will also build strong, open relationships with residents, families, staff, and external partners, ensuring a collaborative approach to care that enhances the quality of life for all.
