About this role

As Care Manager, you’ll work closely with the Service Manager to lead clinical operations and inspire best-practice care. You’ll bring a high level of clinical expertise, drive continuous improvement, and ensure care is personalised, professional, and safe.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and supporting Registered Nurses, Care Staff, and Allied Health professionals
  • Coordinating clinical assessments and person-centred care planning
  • Overseeing compliance, documentation, and care quality standards
  • Building a strong, supportive workplace culture grounded in our mission and values
  • Partnering with residents, families, and external providers to promote wellbeing

What you can bring to the team

You’re a confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment. You know how to bring people together, resolve challenges with empathy, and hold high standards for care and communication. You’re not just clinically sharp – you’re also compassionate, calm under pressure, and driven to make a difference.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Understands aged care inside and out – including compliance, accreditation, and AN-ACC
  • Can juggle shifting priorities with grace and good humour
  • Values collaboration and always keeps the resident at the centre
  • Is energised by mentoring teams and building a culture of respect and kindness
  • Have a strong ability to lead a team

Possess or willingness to obtain;

  • A National Police Certificate
  • A current Influenza Vaccination
  • Undergo a National Personal Insolvency Check
