Wood Care Group is seeking a Care Manager to join our management team. This office-based role provides administrative and operational leadership within the home, working closely with the Registered Manager, care team and professionals to ensure high standards of care and compliance.
You will manage people and processes, with attention to detail, supporting residents’ physical, psychological and social needs, including supervision, rosters and medication audits.
As the Care Manager, you are part of the management team alongside the Home Manager & the Assistant Deputy Manager’s.
This is an office-based management role, providing strong administrative and operational leadership within the home. You will work closely with the Registered Manager, care team and other professionals to ensure the highest standards of care, compliance and service delivery are maintained.
The successful candidate will be confident managing people, processes and paperwork, with excellent attention to detail and a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality care.
We ask for you to care for our residents like they are your own family, caring for their Physical, Psychological and Social needs. Assisting residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing and assisting with meals. As well as being able to support the management function of assisting with supervisions, observations, rota planning, medication audits and end of monthly month meds.
This is an ideal role for an Assistant Deputy Manger or Deputy Manager who is looking to progress to a Care Manager in a Company who look after internal staff and like to develop from within.
