Job description

The role of the Care Manager is to support the Branch and Branch Manager in the effective running of services. You will be responsible for the first line supervision of office staff and deputise for the branch manager in their absence. You will support the branch across all functions including: Rosters and care coordination, care in the community, compliance, audit, payroll, complaints and reports.

What you’ll do

Support the Branch and Branch Manager in service operations. Supervise office staff and deputise for the branch manager. Assist with rostering, care coordination, community care, compliance, audits, payroll, complaints, and reporting.

Be an efficient, organized, and experienced care professional passionate about community care. Thrive in managing a team within a health and social care environment.
