If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Care Manager to join us in managing and expanding our service in Hull and the East Riding. This is based at Priory Court in Hessle.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and promote a caring and supportive environment for Caremark’s clients. You’ll do this by implementing very high standards of professional care and support through rigorous compliance as a Care Manager
  • Lead the staff team with integrity and forward thinking to support growth, skills and abilities.
  • Oversee the large office team and manage the day-to-day operations of the business. This includes serving as a key point of contact for local authorities, potential customers and other external agencies and stakeholders.
  • Ensure the business is compliant with current legislation and CQC regulation and demonstrate best practice at all times.

  • Safe: Committed to creating a safe environment and prioritising the well-being of both clients and staff. Moreover, you demonstrate integrity, honesty and transparency in every decision you make
  • Effective: Have at least three years of experience in Domiciliary Care management and hold an NVQ Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification (or higher), allowing you to deliver a high-quality and effective service
  • Caring: Naturally kind and empathetic nature means you treat each person as an individual, always showing respect, dignity and compassion
  • Responsive: Take accountability and ownership seriously. Furthermore, you respond quickly and effectively to the evolving needs of both clients and staff, adapting services when necessary
  • Well-led: Lead by example with a transparent and collaborative style. In turn, this helps foster a positive workplace culture where everyone is inspired to deliver exceptional care
