If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Care Manager to join us in managing and expanding our service in Hull and East Riding, based at Priory Court in Hessle.
About the role:
You will be responsible for generating and promoting a caring and supportive environment for Caremark’s clients by implementing very high standards of professional care and support through rigorous compliance.
You will lead the staff team, supporting their growth, skills and abilities. Additionally, you will oversee the large office team and manage the day-to-day operations of the business. This includes serving as a key point of contact for local authorities, potential customers and other external agencies and stakeholders.
You will make sure the business is compliant with current legislation and CQC regulations.

• Previous management experience / extensive experience (at least three years) in Domiciliary Care
• NVQ Level 5 Health and Social Care Qualification or above

Your benefits package will include:
• Salary £40,000 to £50,000 per annum dependant on experience
• 28 days holiday including bank holidays
• Performance related bonuses (discussed at interview)
