Overview

We are looking at recruiting a passionate senior carer/team leader/unit manager who is looking for that next step in their career and would like to join us as a Care Manager overseeing two Care Homes.

Here at Bondcare we have a couple of Nursing homes within Yorkshire. We have a dual Registered Home Manager who is looking for someone who has a strong understanding of quality care and who can support her with both services under a supernumerary role.

Responsibilities

• Support with administrative tasks such as care plan management, audits, medication management, etc.
• Help with training, mentoring and development of staff.
• Work across two sites (Huddersfield and Bradford) in a fully supernumerary capacity.
