Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Manager to join our team in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and experience as a Deputy Manager within a Nursing Home and hold a Valid Nursing Pin

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the care facility, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to the needs of residents.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments and external partners to enhance service delivery.
- Handle budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation efficiently.
- Address and resolve any issues or complaints from residents or their families.

Skills and Qualifications:
- MNC Pin certification and relevant nursing qualifications.
- Proven experience as a Deputy Manager in a healthcare setting.
