Job description

Full-time role covering am and pm shifts, must be a car driver due to remote location.

Night enhancement of £1.50 per hour applies from 8pm to 7am, Monday to Sunday (excluding sleep-ins). Weekend day enhancement of £2.00 per hour applies from 7am to 8pm on Saturday and Sunday.

As a Team Leader with Leonard Cheshire, you will lead a team of Support Workers, promoting positive outcomes for disabled people with a proactive approach. You will ensure our customers receive excellent care, personal support, and assistance with daily tasks, fostering independence and helping them achieve their aspirations.
