A well-respected care service provider in Sevenoaks is seeking a Team Leader. In this full-time role, you will lead a team of Support Workers, ensuring excellent care and fostering independence among disabled individuals. Full-time role covering am and pm shifts, must be a car driver due to remote location.
Night enhancement of £1.50 per hour applies from 8pm to 7am, Monday to Sunday (excluding sleep-ins). Weekend day enhancement of £2.00 per hour applies from 7am to 8pm on Saturday and Sunday.

As a Team Leader with Leonard Cheshire, you will lead a team of Support Workers, promoting positive outcomes for disabled people with a proactive approach. To succeed, you should ideally have a level 3 or higher qualification in Health and Social Care (NVQ/SVQ) or be willing to work towards one, possess excellent communication skills, have supervisory experience, and be flexible to work within a roster and participate in on-call duties. Please note, we are currently consulting on a proposal to change enhancement rates. If accepted, from 1 December 2025, new rates will be £1.00 per hour for night and weekend work, excluding sleep-ins.
