TipTopJob is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for a leading care home in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey. You will join a boutique luxury facility offering residential and nursing care, with a focus on well-being and companionship for residents.

The role requires an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent, with shifts covering days or nights. Earn £13.45 per hour, equating to around £25,178.40 per year, with pension and ongoing training included.

Qualifications

• Must have genuine care for others and be passionate about supporting residents.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive caring environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for accurate handovers and records.
• Proven experience of working in a care setting with residents requiring assistance.

Responsibilities
