Kingsley Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help maintain residents' personal care, dignity, and independence in a compassionate, respectful environment. You will contribute to high standards of care and support daily activities within the home.

Reports to: Nurse or Senior Support Worker. Prior caring experience is welcomed, with opportunities to develop skills and grow within a values-driven organisation.

Qualificações

• Caring and patient nature.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Experience as a carer is preferred but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain residents' personal care, dignity, and independence.
• Ensure care services are consistently high and assist with day-to-day activities in the home.
• Report to Nurse/Senior Support Worker.

Conhecimentos
