Job summary

Kingsley Healthcare Limited is seeking a Support Worker to join our care home team. You will help residents with personal care, uphold dignity, and promote independence while delivering compassionate support in a warm, respectful environment.

A caring and patient nature, excellent communication, and the ability to work under pressure are essential. Previous carer experience is preferred, but not essential, as training will be provided.

As a Support Worker, you will be working as part of a focused team in maintaining the personal care needs of our residents, respecting their dignity and promoting their independence at all times.
