Job summary

Kingsley Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our care team at a Kingsley home. You will support residents with personal care, promote dignity and independence, and help maintain high standards of daily care.

Qualifications

• Experience in care is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication and patience are essential.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy home.

About the role

As a Support Worker, you will be working as part of a focused team in maintaining the personal care needs of our residents, respecting their dignity and promoting their independence at all times. You will also ensure that our care services are of a consistently high standard and help in caring for our residents, and undertake other general day-to-day activities in our home.

Reports to: Nurse/Senior Support Worker

• Previous experience as a carer is preferred, but not essential.
